You must ensure that your use of the platform, including the entry and management of patient data, complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the United States or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use: You may not use TrNotes for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Misusing patient data or breaching patient confidentiality.
  • Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or functionality of the platform.
  • Uploading or transmitting harmful code, including viruses or malware.

4. Healthcare Professional Responsibility

Accuracy of Information: As a healthcare professional, you are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into TrNotes is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. The platform is designed to assist in documentation, but it is not a substitute for your professional judgment. Clinical Decision-Making: ThinkRoman Ventures LLP does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through TrNotes. The platform serves as a tool to assist healthcare professionals, but all clinical decisions must be made independently by qualified practitioners based on their professional judgment and the information available to them.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design) provided on TrNotes are the exclusive property of ThinkRoman Ventures LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use TrNotes for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform without express written permission from ThinkRoman Ventures LLP.

6. Limitation of Liability
